After losing weight and falling back into old habits, he visited the doctor and found out he was suffering with high blood pressure due to too many unhealthy choices, red wine and being sedentary. When he saw himself with his dadbod and a belly he didn't like the look of, he knew needed to make a change. Since he joined the UDT Accelerator, he's consistently dropped 2 lbs weekly for 7 weeks without doing a lot of exercise highlighting how important proper nutrition is.
